Comfortable Stay with River Views

I appreciated the central location. It made exploring the area convenient. I enjoyed the view from my room. I saw a lot of swans swimming in the river! The breakfast offered many choices. I found something I liked each morning.
I experienced some noise from the air conditioner. It made sleeping a little difficult. I had to choose between the noise and the room becoming too cold.

The staff was courteous. They resolved an initial confusion about my room rate upon arrival. Their quick action was appreciated, resolving the issue efficiently. The service felt proactive and customer-focused.

the room had convenient usb points near the bed! the air conditioning worked very well. the breakfast offered a great view during the meal.
the car park required a somewhat awkward walk to the hotel entrance with luggage. the air conditioning seemed unpredictable at times. the shower lacked a grab rail, something i would have found useful.

My room on the sixth floor offered a view of the river. The large windows allowed for ample viewing. The room's interior was very pleasing. I found the beds comfortable assuring a restful night.
The air conditioner emitted a noise. It was disruptive and it affected my ability to sleep. This should be looked at so that others can have better nights of sleep in the future.

Wonderful River Views and Easy Access!

I found the location convenient, especially since I was visiting the Corn Exchange theatre. The hotel's proximity to the theatre and many bars is a great benefit. The breakfast buffet impressed me. It was available until 11 am, so I had plenty of time, and tables were spaced well.

The location is convenient, near the river and an easy walk to the park. Breakfast included a grey selection. Staff replenished it often. Staff were amazing. The room had a view of the river.
The room was on the first floor, number 23 and soundproofing was poor. The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. The Classic Twin Room did not match the pictures. The adjacent street was noisy. Drunk people shouting, people screaming all night with traffic noise, it was difficult.
